Paulina falls in the fire again after yet another epileptic fit. We’ve been working on the burn wounds on her arms since March and now this. One tends to get a bit frustrated but soon I realize that her pain must be greater than my frustration. Her epileptic medication doses were increased.

A woman arrives at the clinic and she cannot breathe. I use a few drops Friars Balsem and dissolve it in a boiling water. I instruct the woman to breathe in the vapors. I give her some basic medication and instruct her to go to the doctor. Not long after, she comes back. I steam her with boiling water and Friars Balsem and pray for her to calm down. I again insisted that they take her to the doctor. She has not yet come back to me.
